This waffle cone maker seems to be made well. It is VERY large. I have an ice cream truck and it is too big to use in there. I am still trying to get my cones just right. The front of the iron browns faster than the back, so unless you hold down the handle the cone cooks unevenly. Hopefully, I will have mastered this machine and a good recipie before my truck opens for the summer.I bought this product to use later in a food truck or trailer. After purchase it was set aside figuring it was commercial grade equipment I didn't question it. As I work my way through the process I find that I was an idiot to buy this and not send it back immediately. The product does not show who manufactured it on the label or paperwork included. There is no manufacturing address on the paperwork provided or phone number also. The equipment does not have a CE mark or UL to show that it was manufactured and safety tested to known standards as must be the case with commercial equipment. I will NOT be able to use this as intended. You can use it at home (unsafe) but not commercially as they say. I do NOT recommend this product or company and will see if Amazon will take it on return late. We love it.Exelente precio y de calidad lo volveria a comprarThe WICHEMI Electric Waffle Maker Machine Commercial Flip Waffle Iron is a bit tricky to store due to its large footprint size. It does work really well and it is heavy duty. This would be a great product for a small restaurant or hotel for their continental breakfast bar. For home use it just really is quite bulky and hard to find a place to put it. The plates are not removable which makes a thorough cleaning a little difficult rather then just wiping the plates and machine down.It's hard to tell from the photos on the Amazon product page or from my photos but this waffle unit is ginormous. I really believe this is intended for restaurant or Continental breakfast situations. It works at home but storing it is the problem. Also cleaning this thing is also a problem. The waffle plates are non-stick but they only come out if you take an allen wrench and move them. There's no quick disconnect for them to be taken out easily to be washed. That's kind of a problem because making waffles is messy. The other complaint I have with this unit is that it had tape covering all of the stainless still portion of the unit to protect it. But this tape was very, very difficult to get off of the unit and took about 10 minutes because it broke into pieces when trying to peel it off. Now back to the size. Unless you got a huge cabinet storing this thing is going to be an issue. It's too big and bulky to leave out on the counter as well. I had a similar type unit that we bought at Costco years ago that flipped like this one but it was half the size. The housing and everything on this unit is just too big for home use in my opinion. I hope my review helps somebody with their buying decision. I recommend that you look at the measurements and decide if you have a large enough storage area to store this. And again cleaning the grill plates is a major pain. But the waffle maker does heat up fast and Cooks great waffles and that is why I gave it three stars. But I took away two stars because of the ginormous size, the waffle plates not coming off easily, and the pain and removing all of the decals.
