I also took a Thomas's pumpkin spice muffin dipped in egg, vanilla, cinnamon mixture and cooked for 5 minutes...deliciousGreat when the grand kids stay over or when we have family from out of town… makes just enough quickly and no mess…I love these griddles. However, there is no way to control the temperature.
