5’7” woman here. I bought a 5x tall for myself. As soon as it came I put it in the wash and the shrinkage is substantial. The sleeves are still a bit long on me but much less so than straight out of the package. What compels me to write is that the length of the shirt has lessened considerably. It hits me much shorter than I hoped it would and if you’re tall, the shrinkage may really disappoint you. Had I got a regular 5x the shrinkage would have been intolerable for me. Overall I love the weight and quality of the shirt but it comes up short after a good washing.
